Freedom Career Services (FCS) is a state-certified agency (PASA) in Colorado dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in the Denver metropolitan area.

Finding the right job coaching or mentorship service can often be a difficult task. Any job coach can find an individual a job, but a great job coach can be life changing. The job coaches at FCS find our clients the right job for them. We also help them learn to keep their job. Additionally, we help our clients them to advance in the workplace. Mentorship can be equally life changing. People who want to enhance their lives, learn new skills, or self-advocate benefit greatly from this service. It also increases confidence and provides guidance toward independence. FCS offers job coaching and mentorship services. These services help individuals with I/DD to flourish in several aspects of their life. This includes both personal and professional growth.
