Changing Lives Through Job Coaching and Mentorship for Adults with I/DD    Freedom Career Services (FCS) is a Program Approved Service Agency certified through the State of Colorado. We offer employment services to adults with intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in the Denver Metro Area. Our services include professional job development, job coaching, and mentorship. Our goals are to help our clients in becoming independent and self-reliant through community employment. We also aim to enrich their lives through mentorship.
