Wes’s Story

Wes has discovered genuine happiness, and he has also achieved remarkable success at Sprouts for more than two years now. Before getting this job, Wes endured a period of dissatisfaction. He dreaded work because there was a mismatch between his needs and his last job. Wes and his job coach found an excellent opportunity at Sprouts Farmers Market. The management collaborated with Wes’s job coach, helping Wes master his tasks and fostering a positive work environment for him. Wes no longer faces the challenges that he once had at his last job. He now looks forward to each workday.

Deanna has been a dedicated Job Coach with Freedom Career Services for three years. She is deeply passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and takes pride in helping each client discover meaningful, long‑term employment. Deanna is known for her patience, her compassion, and her commitment to finding the “perfect fit” for every person she serves. Her work reflects her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed in a role that matches their strengths, interests, and goals.
