Wes’s Story

Wes has discovered genuine happiness, and he has also achieved remarkable success at Sprouts for more than two years now. Before getting this job, Wes endured a period of dissatisfaction. He dreaded work because there was a mismatch between his needs and his last job. Wes and his job coach found an excellent opportunity at Sprouts Farmers Market. The management collaborated with Wes’s job coach, helping Wes master his tasks and fostering a positive work environment for him. Wes no longer faces the challenges that he once had at his last job. He now looks forward to each workday.
