Josh’s Road To Success
Josh works as a Maintenance Associate for King Soopers and he also helps out with bagging groceries when needed. When FCS started working with Josh, he was really struggling at work and he said that he was unhappy.
Josh and his Job Coach worked closely to sharpen his customer service skills. They focused on improving his interpersonal skills to help him with getting moving in the right direction. Josh’s situation at work has dramatically improved. He now receives positive reviews from all his managers. The store’s secret shoppers have also praised him. In fact, Josh has improved so much that he was recently complimented by the Vice President of King Soopers!
Josh’s managers are very supportive of him and they are thrilled to have him as their employee. His managers often comment on how much they appreciate Josh’s hard work and his jovial personality.
Josh’s customer service has attracted regular customers. They say they only shop at his King Soopers location to see him. He always brightens up their day.

Machele earned Employee of The Month at the Cherry Cricket Restaurant in Littleton!!
